Let´s start this week making a review of the song "We are the World" 💫 💫

 

                                     

 

                          

1. Watch again and sing. Study the lyric.

2. Create a dictionary

a) Take a notebook or make one with papers.

b) Write the word "DICTIONARY" on the cover.

c) At the top of each one or two pages (depending on the size of your notebook), write a letter in order of the alphabet.
d) Now you have your own English dictionary!
e) Take note of all the vocabulary you don´t know.


3. Durante esta semana vamos a realizar un cuento corto, sobre el coronavirus en Inglés que  se hará llegar al mismo correo que el cuento de lengua castellana.

a)Write a short story about the "CORONAVIRUS"  having a nice happy end. Draw a picture next to the story.

b) Read your story aloud and make an audio recording.

c) Send the story to the following email: americascole1@gmail.com 
IMPORTANT: Don´t forget to write your name and your class.


d) Delivery date: 24th of April 2020

Me and my family are at home since Friday the 16th of March because of the Coronavirus.
We can´t go out because of the virus. Today is a sunny day. Now, I´m going to tell you how we are spending our time at home.
Me and my dad are playing a board game in the living room. My sister is drawing a rainbow in her bedroom. She´s six years old. My brother is calling a friend. He is sitting on the sofa in the living room. He´s twelve years old.
My baby brother is sleeping in my parents bedroom. He is one year old and he can´t speak.
My mum is making salad in the kitchen. She´s a wonderful cook. Fluffy, the family cat, is sleeping on the garden´s table............

And suddenly one day, the Coronavirus disappeared. Now everything was just before!!!
